Amazon Honor System Click Here to Pay Learn More

A note on the Amazon ads: I've chosen to display current events titles in the Amazon box. Unfortunately, Amazon appears to promote a disproportionate number of angry-left books. I have no power over it at this time. Rest assured, I'm still a conservative.

Wackos: I went out to get a late bite to eat and decided to swing by a few stores to see if there were in fact lines forming for today's launch of the Xbox 360. Sure enough, there are about 20-odd people (each) camped outside the Circuit City, Target and Toys R Us in Escondido.

I'm considering showing up this morning and seeing if I can purchase one using my hard-earned overtime pay -- I worked 10 hours today and 12 hours on Friday. I'm probably going to sit on it for a few days to see if the feared shortage materializes and the 360 looks to become the "must-have" gift this holiday season. If both those things happen, then, displaying my capitalistic inclinations, I'll sell it at an outrageous markup to some guy who has more money than sense.
