More dumb pols: California Attorney General Bill Lockyer, hoping to lock up the San Francisco area vote, has decided to hang the following "art" in the lobby of his office.
Rumor has it that Lockyer will be running for state treasurer next year -- and he'll probably get it because he's a Democrat. Sometimes we get the government we deserve.
