No client too evil: In a tragic setback, it appears that former U.S. Attorney General Ramsey Clark will not be part of Saddam Hussein's defense team.


Former U.S. Attorney General Ramsey Clark said Dec. 19 that he would represent Saddam, but added it was unlikely an international court would let a foreigner who didn’t speak Arabic and wasn’t trained in the Arabic legal tradition to appear in an Iraqi court.


Arabic legal tradition?

When was this discovery made and why haven't we had news articles detailing exactly what it is?
