I'll be next in line: Common Cause and MoveOn.org filed a petition with the Federal Trade Commission alleging that Fox News' "fair and balanced" slogan amounts to consumer fraud. (via The American Mind)

If the FTC actually rules in the two liberal advocacy groups' favor, then I'm going to be next in line with a petition. I'm going to nail The New York Times for consumer fraud with its "All the News that's Fit to Print" slogan.
