Monday, May 31, 2004 Seen on Interstate 15: A white Ford pickup truck with a bumper sticker. Bumper sticker has picture of a cell phone with a circle around it and a line through it and the words: "Hang up and Drive!"
The driver of the vehicle is...on a cell phone.
