Wednesday, May 26, 2004 Egyptian (in)competence: When I saw this story come over the wires, I just had to laugh. An Egyptian court has dismissed a lawsuit claiming that President Hosni Mubarak has violated the Egyptian constitution because he has failed to appoint a vice president.
Wait, it gets worse better.
Mubarak has previously defended the absence of a vice president by saying there is nobody qualified to fill the position.
