A note on the Amazon ads: I've chosen to display current events titles in the Amazon box. Unfortunately, Amazon appears to promote a disproportionate number of angry-left books. I have no power over it at this time. Rest assured, I'm still a conservative.

Ted Turner, nutjob: Ted "The Mouth" Turner once again opened his big mouth and demostrated that he never should've been allowed anywhere near a major news organization.

Media mogul Ted Turner said Monday that Iraq is "no better off" following the U.S.-led invasion that ousted dictator Saddam Hussein in 2003.

He must be watching too much CNN.

Turner also is pressing for universal nuclear disarmament. Why? Because President George W. Bush might get a hankerin' to use one of them.

Unfortunately Turner hasn't learned that you can't put the genie back int he bottle.

Well I can support universal disarmament...you lay yours down and then I'll do the same.
