A note on the Amazon ads: I've chosen to display current events titles in the Amazon box. Unfortunately, Amazon appears to promote a disproportionate number of angry-left books. I have no power over it at this time. Rest assured, I'm still a conservative.

A couple of things that are bugging me: There's a public service announcement on the the radio informing people that they can vote early at the "register of voters office." I'm not hearing him wrong, he says "register" five times.

I'm also sick and tired of the radio commercial featuring a woman who made a great "investment" for her family over the weekend -- she bought cemetery property! This just in, cemetery property is not an "investment" -- unless it's got an ocean view and is zoned residential.
