Idiots in the legislature: Thankfully, this time it is Hawaii and not California. Seriously, how many economics classes do you have to fail in order to think that price controls actually work?

This is the sort of thing that you'd think a maybe a professional economist writing for The New York Times would want to address, but he's got better things to do.
