I must have the Reader's Digest version: On "Fox News Sunday," Sen. Chris Dodd, when discussing the nomination of John Roberts to the Supreme Court, referred to the "privacy clause" in the Constitution.

The printer must've made a mistake with my copy, because I can't seem to find that pesky clause anywhere.

I wouldn't worry about Mr. Dodd. He belongs to a family of liars.
 
I think he meant the Piracy clause - aka the 16th Amendment.
