Loser?: Senator Harry Reid (D-Nev.) has opined on the qualities of a "loser." According to Reid, a "loser" somehow manages to win two presidential elections, expand his party's majority in the Senate, and expand the reach of democracy worldwide.
Reid wishes that his party had "losers" of that quality.
