Rot in jail: "Civil rights" attorney Lynne Stewart has been convicted of giving "material support to terrorists" among other assorted charges. Stewart was the lawyer for the blind sheik convicted of plotting to assassinate Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak, among other things.


But she also testified that she believed violence was sometimes necessary to achieve justice: "To rid ourselves of the entrenched, voracious type of capitalism that is in this country that perpetuates sexism and racism, I don't think that can come nonviolently."


Wow, that kind of rhetoric sounds awfully familiar. Let's see who comes out of the woodwork to defend Stewart. It will help us determine who the terrorist sympathizers are.
