The impotent French: Television station France 2 ripped into the French government's response to the humanitarian disaster south Asia as a result of last month's tsunami by comparing it to the American response.

I encourage you to check out the entire article, but the thought that struck me after reading this was: "If this is how France is (un)able to react to a humanitarian crisis, what good are they in an armed conflict when bullets are flying?"
