Amazon Honor System Click Here to Pay Learn More

A note on the Amazon ads: I've chosen to display current events titles in the Amazon box. Unfortunately, Amazon appears to promote a disproportionate number of angry-left books. I have no power over it at this time. Rest assured, I'm still a conservative.

I Voted: Just got back from my polling place. No line. There were about 5 other people voting when I arrived. They once again asked me for ID, which happens to be illegal in California. I declined to show them my ID -- just to be a contrary cuss. They didn't push it. After California's corrupt secretary of state, Kevin Shelley, banned the touchscreen voting machines, we ended up voting on optical scanning sheets. The sheets are not nearly as nice as the touchscreens and brought back horrible memories of when I was in school. We definitely need to get back the electronic ones -- they're much easier to use.

Anyway, for those easily intimidated, there was a rent-a-cop outside the polling place -- which also happens to be a school auditorium. I'm surprised there weren't any lawsuits over it.
