A note on the Amazon ads: I've chosen to display current events titles in the Amazon box. Unfortunately, Amazon appears to promote a disproportionate number of angry-left books. I have no power over it at this time. Rest assured, I'm still a conservative.

Don't trust the Los Angeles Times: A Roll Call article exposes a recent Los Angeles Times poll on the presidential race that gave Democrat Sen. John Kerry an unheard of 7 point lead.

According to Roll Call, the survey sample was made up of 38 percent Democrats and only 25 percent Republicans.

Why even make a play at accuracy at the Times? Why don't they just survey 100 percent Democrats and give Kerry a 95 percent lead?

John Carroll someone in your office is practicing "pseudo-journalism."
